We are looking for a Fleet Composition Manager. The role will play a vital role in advancing Amazon’s unique culture and enabling the success of our Delivery Service Providers (DSP) within the high-growth, fast-paced Logistics organization. The role will be responsible for creating and running models to determine fleet composition and vehicle size modeling to support fleet demand planning decisions. The role will also be responsible for developing financial models to compare lease or buy decisions and to optimize rental share. Key job responsibilities Design and develop Fleet Requirement Planning models to determine optimal fleet supply composition including vehicle size and vehicle type. Consolidate constraints driving the determination of optimal fleet supply composition among different partners (Network Planning, DSP, LPT, Finance) Ensure fleet composition models are aligned with EV growth and Sustainability goals and latest updates from Fleet Product team Analyze FRP results and support lease or buy decisions and identify the optimal fleet rental share with a view to balance the need to meet Peak requirements and reduce costs Work closely with finance business partners to ensure cost effective fleet size composition and perform with Fleet Demand “what if” financial analysis, based on alternative supply plans Basic Qualifications: - Experience in tax, fin
