What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of experience as a compositing supervisor, experience in team supervision, experience in project management, Advanced skills in color, Advanced skills in lighting, Advanced skills in perspective, Advanced skills in photography, Advanced skills in 2D/3D element integration, Natural leadership, communication skills, organizational sense, resilience under pressure, Strategic mindset
Nice to Have
mastery of knowledge of Flame, experience in tool development, experience in template development, experience in client presentations, contributing to pipeline evolution

The Compositing Supervisor plays a central role in the artistic and technical integration of the shots delivered by the 2D team.
