What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of experience as a compositing supervisor, Experience in team supervision or project management, Advanced skills in color, lighting, perspective, photography, and 2D/3D element integration, Natural leadership, Communication skills, Organizational sense, Resilience under pressure, Strategic mindset
Nice to Have
Mastery of knowledge of Flame, Experience in tool or template development, Client presentations, Contributing to pipeline evolution

Given their key role in team leadership, decision-making, communication, and production support, managers and supervisors are expected to work from the studio at least four days per week. The Compositing Supervisor plays a central role in the artistic and technical integration of the shots delivered by the 2D team.
