What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 months of experience in manufacturing, Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation, Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

Nice to Have

1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools), Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data
