Ability to work any shift, including alternative work weeks, 5% domestic/international travel, Onsite: 100 %, Vision: Daily able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings., Hearing: Daily able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on production floor including safety warnings or alarms., Speaking: Daily able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications., Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): Able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts., Carrying: Weekly able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs., Lifting: Weekly able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs., Pushing / Pulling: Weekly able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools., Sitting: Daily able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer., Squatting / Kneeling: Weekly able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving., Standing: Daily able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor., Travel: 5% able to travel independently and at short notice., Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): Daily able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces., Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site., Administrative position only PPE required: Safety glasses on manufacturing floor, bump caps in designated areas, and safety-toed shoes in designated work areas.

Must Have
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups (Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining, etc.), At least 5 years experience in a leadership/management role, Proven leadership experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English., Ability to articulate complex issues to others., Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters is essential., Demonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal skills., U. S. Citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, Experience developing and managing a statement of work on time and within budget, Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Experience using SAP, Ability to work any shift, including alternative work weeks, Experience working in a union environment with collective bargaining agreements, Experience monitoring cost, Experience managing projects, Experience with strategic planning, Experience working with new product introduction (NPI)
