What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 to 5 years related work experience, Proven OEM sourcing experience, Supplier management experience, Production coordination experience, Advanced Excel skills, Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills, Conflict-resolution skills, Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously, Excellent cross-functional communication skills, Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, Proactive, Able to work independently in a global team
Nice to Have
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus
What You'll Do.
Monitor inventory for replenishment
Issue purchase orders
Process invoices for payment
Collaborate with departments to find efficiencies
Act as liaison between vendor and internal customers
Prepare purchase order for services
Prepare purchase order for materials
Source supplier based on internal customer needs
Ensure accurate invoice processing
Ensure timely invoice processing
Maintain costing file for assigned projects
Initiate RFQ’s against assigned products
Work with product management to ensure GIH dates

Coordinate sample approvals for review
Clarify specification with vendor
Clarify specification with internal customers
Clarify production concern with vendor

Track vendor performance
Report matrix for improvement
Maintain purchasing record
