basic proficiency in Maths and English, Two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or operations environment, or a suitable combination of education and experience, Working understanding of standard operational procedures and basic inventory or documentation systems, Ability to work within a regulated environment and follow established quality and safety practices, Able to follow established processes and make routine adjustments when required, Comfortable troubleshooting straightforward issues and escalating when needed, Capable of organising daily tasks and managing workload to meet schedule requirements, Willing to take direction from senior team members and adapt to changing priorities, Makes decisions within defined procedures and guidelines, Handles information responsibly and maintains confidentiality, Works under general supervision with clear instructions for new or unfamiliar tasks

What You'll Do.
Zone Leads and senior employees in developing and executing action plans to meet departmental goals
Operate all production and support systems
traceability and documentation platforms
Participate in onboarding and training of new team members
Respond to and support requests from manufacturing and other support groups
Operate component replenishment systems where implemented
Perform routine cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory
Maintain inventory using FIFO principles and ensure materials are stored correctly according to specifications
Troubleshoot moderate issues and propose effective solutions
Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately
transport and store materials
chemicals and finished goods safely
stage and process bulk orders
label and prepare sterilisation loads as required
Maintain knowledge of audit expectations
GMP and data integrity requirements
Serve as a key “go‑to” person for resolving area‑specific issues
