Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Materials, or a related field, 2–5+ years of experience in material compliance or regulatory compliance, preferably in electronics or manufacturing environments, Working knowledge of environmental regulations such as RoHS, REACH, SVHC, and related requirements, Experience engaging with suppliers and managing compliance data collection and validation, analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail, Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

What You'll Do.
Provide material compliance consultation and reporting support
Plan and execute material compliance activities
Manage end-to-end supplier engagement
Send material composition data requests
Monitor submission progress and maintain structured tracking
Drive timely follow-up and escalation
Deliver training and guidance to suppliers on material composition requirements
Review and validate supplier declarations and documentation
Maintain structured and accurate records
Compile and generate material composition reports
Stay up to date with environmental regulations and assess their impact
Proactively monitor progress
and ensure timely completion
Maintain and regularly update master data tables and compliance records
Identify and drive process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance deliverables meet program requirements and deadlines
