Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Materials, or a related field, 2–5+ years of experience in material compliance or regulatory compliance, preferably in electronics or manufacturing environments, Working knowledge of environmental regulations such as RoHS, REACH, SVHC, and related requirements, Experience engaging with suppliers and managing compliance data collection and validation, analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail, Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

What You'll Do.
Provide material compliance consultation and reporting support to internal business units and customers
Plan and execute material compliance activities across for customer
ensuring delivery against defined scope
and quality expectations
Manage end-to-end supplier engagement
including sending material composition data requests
monitoring submission progress
maintaining structured tracking
and driving timely follow-up and escalation
Deliver training and guidance to suppliers on material composition requirements
Perform BOM (Bill of Materials) analysis
including validation against internal databases and identification of data gaps
Review and validate supplier declarations and documentation
Maintain structured and accurate records by uploading and managing compliance data in relevant systems and databases
Compile and generate material composition reports (standard and customized)
Stay up to date with environmental regulations (e. g.
PFAS) and assess their impact on programs
Proactively monitor progress
and ensure timely completion of assigned activities
Maintain and regularly update master data tables and compliance records
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance deliverables meet program requirements and deadlines
