Must Have
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, US Citizen
Nice to Have
Experience in the design, analysis, and/or verification of aerospace mechanical components and/or systems, Experience in progressing designs/changes through a gated review process, Experience with gas turbine or turbomachinery power transmission components, including gears, rolling element bearings, shafts, and high-performance seals, Experience in dimensional tolerance stack-ups and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Knowledge of gas turbine subsystems and components and their function and operation

Deliver new component designs
Manage design changes
Create design concepts
Prepare technical presentations
Support drawing creation
Deliver hardware for validation
Release hardware to field
Support supply chain procurement
Consult on concessions
Execute Drawing Alteration Requests (DARs)
Provide engineering support for hardware issues
Develop component design requirements
Address manufacturing issues
Address assembly issues
Address in-field issues
Address aftermarket issues
Participate in RCCA teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Participate within an IPT (Integrated Product Team); Support the supply chain; Participate in or lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) teams
Communication Scope
Prepare technical presentations
