ThermalWorks LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Specialist to join the Operations team and support the Compliance Officer in maintaining and advancing the regulatory, safety, and certification standards that govern the company's products and global operations. The Compliance Specialist serves as the technical and documentation backbone of the compliance function — translating engineering changes into compliance actions, tracking certification status across product lines and regions, and ensuring that no product reaches a customer without the documentation, labeling, and regulatory backing it requires. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Compliance, and works closely with external certification authorities and notified bodies in both North America and the European Union. The Compliance Specialist will be central to ThermalWorks' continued growth across multiple jurisdictions, where regulatory frameworks differ substantially and the volume of product change is high. Success in this role requires technical literacy, analytical discipline, and the ability to hold a complex documentation landscape steady while engineering and supply chain decisions move rapidly around it.
