What You'll Do.
Monitor and ensure compliance with international sanctions regulations
Manage data protection matters both internally and externally (employees
including GDPR and other EU/UK/US regulations
Supervise internal compliance processes
including conducting KYC and KYS
Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs)
and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs)
and draft related data protection and privacy
Handle service abuse notices
and disclosure requests from copyright holders
Develop and review workflows for handling service abuse and takedown
Support the Compliance Manager in assessing compliance risks and handling related
Assist the Compliance Manager with due diligence related to business
Identify and flag key compliance issues and trends
Stay up to date with regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance and risk control.
