What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2+ years quality support in warehouse, distribution, laboratory or manufacturing., Good oral and written communication skills., Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc. )
Nice to Have
A college degree or equivalent experience., 4+ years in Quality Assurance., Industry Quality Certifications (i. e. , ASQ), Microsoft Office Applications, Warehouse Management Applications, eQMS software
What You'll Do.
Provide daily Quality oversight through warehouse auditing and issue escalation of applicable warehouse processes to Plant Manager and Quality Supervision.
Collaborate with warehouse operations on investigations
internal non‑conformances
and CAPAs by initiating written drafts documents / client communications
or approving documents.
Analyze opportunities for improvements
corrective/preventive actions
and effectiveness checks (receiving
and shipping) through internal audit process.
Attend routine Client meetings to provide updates
presenting identified metrics
and quality event status.
