What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Several years of professional experience in Compliance, Internal Control System (ICS/IKS), Internal Audit, Risk Management or comparable governance functions, Good understanding of relevant laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., anti-corruption, antitrust law, money laundering prevention), Sound knowledge of compliance risks, risk analyses, control systems as well as KPI and reporting concepts, Experience with reporting and analysis tools, Strong analytical and strategic-conceptual skills with a high qualitative standard
Nice to Have
Negotiation skills in German and further languages are an advantage

Develop global compliance risk management and control system
