As a key member of NYP's Compliance and Privacy Program team, you will play a critical role in advancing a modern, data-driven compliance function. This includes enhancing and implementing compliance processes, leveraging AI-enabled tools and analytics where appropriate to strengthen risk identification, reviewing policies, and raising awareness of patient privacy rights. Your work will help foster a proactive, forward-looking culture of compliance at one of New York’s top-ranked hospitals. **Campus Compliance and Privacy Manager - Corporate Compliance** As the Campus Compliance and Privacy Manager, you will oversee and evolve the corporate compliance and privacy program across the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital system, including multiple campuses and affiliates. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, leading investigations, and resolving non-compliant matters with consistency and sound judgment. In addition, you will chair campus compliance committees, serve as a trusted resource for compliance and privacy matters, and contribute to the thoughtful adoption of technology and data-driven approaches that enhance monitoring and program effectiveness.
