ABOUT THE ROLE Hims & Hers is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Pharmacist to support our Dispense & Fulfillment pharmacy operations within our 503A environment. In this role, you will partner closely with the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and pharmacy leadership to ensure that dispensing, fulfillment, and pharmacy operations meet all applicable federal and state regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in strengthening operational compliance, maintaining regulatory readiness, and fostering a culture of quality and patient safety as we scale. This role reports directly to the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC). WHAT YOU’LL DO - Support the PIC in ensuring compliance with all applicable state board of pharmacy regulations, federal requirements, and internal policies - Ensure active state pharmacist licensure in applicable jurisdictions and fulfill backup PIC responsibilities as needed. - Oversee compliance within dispensing and fulfillment workflows, including: - Prescription verification and fin
