This leader will design systems, processes, and a high-performing team to support fleet compliance, drive compliance, drug & alcohol programs, and ongoing audit readiness. The role is critical to reducing risk and enabling scalable growth for our customers. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in transportation compliance who thrives in a building new teams, is organized, and process driven. ### Essential Responsibilities **Compliance Operations Leadership** * Build and lead a compliance operations team (driver compliance, D&A, fleet compliance) * Develop SOPs and scalable workflows for all compliance processes * Establish KPIs and reporting for compliance performance **Driver Compliance & Onboarding** * Oversee the Driver Qualification File (DQF) program and ensure completeness and accuracy * Ensure all drivers in the program meet CDL, medical certification, and FM
