University degree or equivalent experience, 3-6 years of experience in a supply chain function, 3-6 years of experience in order management, 3-6 years of experience in round the clock operational environment with strict SLAs
What You'll Do.
Perform screening of HPE transactions
Analyze Global Trade requirements
Work independently in a 24X7 transaction-based decision-making process
Maintain subject matter expertise in RPL/SPL
and expertise to HPE businesses/functions
Translate terms and processes for business driven initiatives
Establish operational and strategic training plan
Ensure team attains positive assessment results
Implement quality control strategies and metrics
Ensure SLA achievements
Review performance metrics
Identify opportunities for improvement
Use data analytics to measure team performance
Get trend and backlog analysis
Implement continuous process improvement
Report and communicate results to management
Analyze backlog management
Provide timely and effective scheduling plan
Gather demand data from current and future programs
Influence scheduling and FTE
Collaborate with regional and global business unit planning
Maintain and enhance current business processes
Perform research and analysis on priority projects
Communicate requirements and guidelines to planning teams
Understand and apply Export screening
Screen for Embargo and Restricted Party List
Approve/clear RPL hit
Coordinate and attend weekly training
Attend management meetings
Attend organizational led meetings
Track activities and projects
Resolve issues with other GT teams
Resolve issues with Business Partners
Resolve issues with IT teams
Participate in war rooms
Participate in escalation paths
Support current and incremental volumes
Support Business Units to remove Embargo
Support Business Units to remove Restricted/Sanctioned Party Lists
Support Business Units to remove License holds
Perform daily proactive screening
Perform ad-hoc screening (tickets)
Provide extended support during quarter-end cut-offs
Manage requests through TechDirects
