What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree or equivalent experience, 3-6 years of experience in a supply chain function, Subject Matter Expert role to support current and incremental volumes due to country regulatory changes, and new deployments, Support Business Units to remove Embargo, Restricted/Sanctioned Party Lists, and License holds, by performing daily proactive and ad-hoc (tickets) screening and extended support during quarter-end cut-offs, Manage requests through TechDirects, Emails and screening the Business Partners and Transactions in GTS, Provide inputs to strategize automated solutions to anticipate and manage volumes eliminating waste, increasing operational efficiency
Nice to Have
Familiar with machine learning and tasks automation, Experience with Python, Familiarity with React, Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Proficient in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Strong Java background, Experience with Spring Boot, Familiarity with Kafka and Redis
What You'll Do.
Perform screening of HPE transactions
analyzing the requirements of Global Trade according to the Government laws among the world
Self-lead and work independently in a fast 24X7 transaction-based written decision-making process environment
Have subject matter expertise in RPL/SPL
and license screening and decision making
and expertise to HPE businesses/functions on the fundamental compliance operation team screening requirements
Establish operational and strategic training plan to maintain quality focused performance team-oriented team
Ensure team attains positive assessment results
as evidenced in audit trail in SAP & SharePoint systems
Implement continuous process improvement
reporting and communicating results to management levels
Manage backlog in order to provide timely and effective scheduling plan for weekday and weekend coverage
Gather demand data from current and future programs in order to influence scheduling and FTE (from both team and BoTs)
Collaborate with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes
Perform research and analysis on priority projects within established guidelines
Communicate requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams
Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis
identifying opportunities for improvement

Work with other GT teams
