experience working within regulated iGaming or betting environments, understands Canadian gambling regulations, particularly Ontario requirements, experience reviewing gambling marketing and promotions from a compliance perspective, understands responsible gambling and player protection principles, exposure to AML and financial crime compliance processes, communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams, attention to detail and structured problem solving, thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments
