What You'll Do.

Overseeing the compliance program for Remitly Australia

Ensuring compliance with its regulatory and reputational risk

Ensuring that Remitly's Australian business maintains full compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Assisting in managing compliance and regulatory risks

Adapting Remitly's services and controls to new business opportunities and changing regulatory requirements within the APAC region

Documenting the procedures of the compliance function

Maintaining and updating compliance manuals and related

Acting as the point of contact for the JFSA and other competent Australian

Providing regular and timely compliance reporting and management information to the Board

Establishing and maintaining compliance monitoring and reporting program to ensure that any compliance breaches are readily identified

Defining the necessary level of knowledge on existing and emerging regulatory compliance

Maintaining an appropriate regulatory training program and adequate awareness arrangements and ensuring that employees receive appropriate training on compliance with their regulatory
