Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field, 3–5 years in compliance, audit, or risk management, Proficiency with compliance monitoring and reporting tools, Knowledge of at least one regulatory framework (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
Nice to Have
Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or similar, Experience in finance, healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industries, Familiarity with risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000), Experience leading compliance training and building reporting dashboards
