Compliance Officer Ebury Vilnius Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week About the Role: A compliance officer is a critical second line of defence role responsible for managing the compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures within Ebury. The right candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors, advise on regulatory matters, various stakeholders in the business, develop policies and procedures, ensuring local compliance standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Programme Development manage routine inquiries and thematic reviews. Training & Culture: Develop and deliver targeted training sessions across all organizational levels to foster a strong culture of compliance. Jurisdictional Monitoring: Monitor regulatory changes across all relevant jurisdictions and advise the business on necessary strategic adjustments. General Project Support: Provide ad-hoc support for team tasks and wider business initiatives as required. Operational Efficiency & Professional Development Proactive Ownership: Act as a self-starter, managing workloads independently and identifying potential risks or areas for improvement without constant supervision. Knowledge Leadership: Maintain in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, corporate structures, and internal processes to consistently meet performance KPIs.
