What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work, Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial services compliance professional, bank regulator or other comparable legal experience, Demonstrated knowledge of ECOA, TILA, FCRA, MLA, E-SIGN, UDAAP and other consumer protection regulations, Ability to comprehend and interpret federal and state laws that apply to the consumer and commercial lines of business, Ability to identify and accurately rate/prioritize risks, relationship management and leadership skills, Proven ability to work in a team environment, Sound decision-making, Solid written and oral communication skills, Sound understanding of compliance risks, research skills coupled with analytical and resourceful problem solving skills, attention to detail
Nice to Have
Juris Doctorate or CRCM preferred
