Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Implement and maintain the organization’s export compliance program, including policies, procedures, training, and reporting structures Ensure compliance with export control regulations including EAR, ITAR, FAR, and DFARS across all relevant business activities Manage third-party risk assessments and ongoing monitoring of external partners and vendors Develop and enforce policies for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and other sensitive data Support government contracting activities, including review and interpretation of FAR/DFAR clauses and requirements Review federal solicitations, RFPs, and RFIs to identify compliance risks and provide actionable recommendations Maintain contract records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation within internal systems Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations, and business teams to ensure compliance is embedded into processes Engage with external legal counsel and advisors to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within technology, government contracting, or regulated industries Strong expertise in export compliance frameworks including EAR, ITAR, FAR, and DFARS Proven ability to design and manage compliance programs, policies, and internal controls Experience working cross-functionally with legal, operations, and technical teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to regulatory detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex regulations into clear guidance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance or contract management tools U.S. citizenship required due to regulatory and contractual requirements Benefits: Competitive salary range of $100,000–$130,000 plus bonus eligibility Low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance
