Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Business, 7+ years financial crime compliance experience, In-depth familiarity with Hong Kong AML/CTF laws, Hands-on experience with suspicious transaction investigation, Working understanding of Hong Kong KYC/CDD, Stakeholder management skills, Understanding of policy implementation cycle, Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, High attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience in payments, fintech or banking, Recognised professional certification, Experience operating within global FCC function, Prior exposure to sanctions
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain Hong Kong FCC policies
Provide senior oversight of financial crime investigations
Review and approve Suspicious Transaction Reports
Lead ongoing uplift of STR processes
Lead cross-division work on high-risk customers
Provide risk-based FCC advice
Partner to enhance transaction-monitoring controls
Remediate issues identified
Contribute to Hong Kong FCC governance
Prepare high-quality MI and commentary
Support technology initiatives
Shape operational execution of FCC framework
