Primary Function of Position The position will report to the Director, Compliance & Ethics, the person will be responsible for: conducting the monitoring activities related to the Compliance program; the Compliance audit plan, development, execution and corrective actions, and for ensuring disciplinary actions are issued, documented, tracked and inputted into the Department dashboard that can be presented to the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Compliance Committee and Senior Management. Essential Job Duties MONITORING * Conducts compliance monitoring activities, including process reviews, testing to ensure adherence to Intuitive policies and local regulations. * Identifies potential compliance risks and contributes to the development of corrective action plans.
