Full Job Description
**Job Description ** * Manage day-to-day regulatory and compliance matters as they arise. * Receive, interpret, and disseminate regulatory requirements, and ensure timely implementation and completion of related actions. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support regulatory supervision, surveys, consultations, and provide timely responses to regulators. * Prepare for and support regulatory-related meetings. * Draft, review, and submit regulatory reports in a timely and accurate manner. * Provide advisory support to business and operations on regulatory and compliance matters. * Guide and support the business in implementing changes required by new or updated regulations. * Assist in the implementation of global and local policies and procedures. * Conduct compliance monitoring of designated business activities and perform periodic reviews. * Plan and deliver compliance induction and role-specific compliance training programs. * Liaise with regulatory authorities as required. * Engage stakeholders to promote a strong data protection culture, and provide guidance on privacy-by-design and new initiatives. * Participate in team job rotations where required. * Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Compliance. **Requirements** * Minimum 5+ years of experience in a risk or control function (e.g., compliance, legal, audit, or risk management). * Proven experience engaging with local regulatory authorities. * Solid knowledge of local banking regulations. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. * Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken). * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively. * Demonstrates sound judgment, with the ability to balance firmness with flexibility. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. * Ability to work independently, think proactively, an
