About the role: We're seeking a Compliance Manager for a 12-month contract in our Risk and Compliance team. Our compliance framework is built and operational – we need someone to take the reins and run with it. If you've led an AFSL compliance program end-to-end and feel confident inheriting an established framework, this role is for you.   You'll focus on AFSL governance: running the compliance committee, coordinating reporting officers, preparing quarterly compliance reports, and managing attestations through our compliance system. You'll also take on AML/CTF responsibilities as Deputy AMLCO and support the AML/CTF Transition Plan to meet AML/CTF Rule 2025.   What you'll do:   - Own the AFSL governance rhythm – serve as compliance committee secretariat, manage quarterly compliance reporting, and oversee attestation management via the ERM system - Coordinate reporting officers across the business to ensure compliance obligations are evidenced accurately and on time - Maintain the obligations register and compliance plan, mapping regulatory requirements to controls across all licences - Lead horizon scanning across ASIC, AUSTRAC, AFIA, AFCA and OAIC, translat
