### **Salary: £36,000 to £38,000 per annum** **Hours:** 37.5 hours per week. **Reports to:** Estates and Facilities Manager **Location:** Harlow, Essex. Easily commutable from London Liverpool Street or Tottenham Hale Station. We offer a free minibus service to/from Harlow Town Train Station as well as free parking and EV charging on site. **Extra Information:** Open to conversation on flexible and compressed working arrangements. ### About the role: We are looking for a Compliance Lead to join our team, with a strong background in environmental management and/or health and safety. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Motability Foundation’s Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation as well as internal health, safety, and environmental standards. You will also play a key role in driving the organisation’s Environmental Sustainability Action Plan forward and maintaining our ISO accreditations, supporting our commitment to continuous improvement and responsible business practices. ### What you will be doing: * Be the first point of contact for environmental queries at Motability Foundation. * Stay up to date with relevant changes to health, safety and environmental legislation and initiatives, briefing the Estates and Facilities Team as necessary. * Provide advice and guidance to the organisation on Environmental Sustainability matters. * Take a leading role in ensuring that Motability Foundation are compliant with their ESOS (energy savings opportunity scheme) submission. * Implement the actions from the ESOS submission. * Produce the annual SERC report for the Motability Foundation, in line with ARA deadlines. * Implement and manage the IMS (Integrated Management System) for the Motability Foundation. Gaining and maintaining ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO14064 and ISO45001 accreditations. * Manage the delivery of actions from the Environmental Sustainability Action Plan. Assist the
