What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience working with EU regulatory frameworks — GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, and/or HDS, Hands-on with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, or the broader ISO 27000 series — gap analysis, risk assessments, audit support, Able to produce clear, precise technical compliance documentation that stands up to enterprise scrutiny, Comfortable supporting enterprise sales — responding to security questionnaires, customer compliance queries, and regulated-sector procurement, Experience building or maintaining compliance-as-code tooling to automate monitoring and reduce manual overhead, Based in EUEA and able to operate within European business timezones
Nice to Have
Direct experience in regulated industries such as financial services or telecommunications, Familiarity with CIS benchmarks and risk documentation at scale, Scripting or engineering background that lets you go beyond documentation into automation
