What You'll Achieve.
Integration as well as monitoring and updating of compliance and standard regulations in all business processes; Identification and evaluation of potential compliance risks and opportunities; Organization, monitoring and follow-up of certification audits, internal and external audits; Support of project managers during the CE conformity process; Determination and evaluation of EU directives, harmonized standards and EU regulations for the relevant products; Monitoring of legal and new standards as well as development of corresponding measures; Documentation of management review; Follow-up of non-conformities (measure management); Administration of the BPM system (Business Process Management); Documentation and support in risk assessment for all departments; Planning of internal employee training based on risk assessments; Promotion of improvements in handling hazardous substances as well as evaluation of the CO2 footprint; Support of the test laboratory in applying directives, regulations and standards

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diplom/bachelor/master in industrial engineering, business administration, quality management or comparable degree, Professional experience in QMB and/or IMB, Knowledge of legal regulations, standard requirements, process management, project management within a quality management system, Practical experience of certifications, Proficiency in key figure systems in the context of QM, Good knowledge in processing reports and documents, Very good communication skills, Assertive, Good English skills in spoken and written, Good SAP and MS Office knowledge
