Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field, 3–5 years progressive experience in corporate compliance, human resources, or legal investigations, Dedicated focus on employee relations, Capability to dissect complex information, Identify root causes, Evaluate highly variable factors in high-pressure situations, Exceptional written communication skills, Exceptional verbal communication skills, Proven experience conducting objective interviews, Proven experience writing executive-ready investigative reports, Absolute discretion, Verified ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and ambiguous situations with immense tact, empathy, and professional boundaries, Foundational familiarity with employment laws, Foundational familiarity with internal governance controls, Foundational familiarity with compliance best practices
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (JD or Master's), Specialized professional certifications in corporate compliance or workplace investigations, Prior experience working within an aerospace OEM, Prior experience working within automotive manufacturing, Prior experience working within a highly regulated infrastructure environment (e.g., FDA/Medical Devices), Familiarity navigating enterprise technology platforms, Familiarity navigating HRIS systems (such as Workday)
