Must Have

Previous experience in regulatory Compliance within the financial market, Knowledge of regulations applicable to Payment Institutions and/or SCFI, Experience with regulatory analyses related to financial products, payment methods, and financial operations, Knowledge of payment ecosystem regulations, including Pix, payment schemes, and the card market, Familiarity with regulatory rules and dynamics related to payment schemes supervised by the Central Bank of Brazil, Experience in regulated and highly dynamic environments, Experience interacting between Compliance and business teams, Experience in environments requiring prioritization, autonomy, and decision-making capabilities

Nice to Have

The main focus of the role is regulatory and advisory Compliance activities, including the analysis of new products, strategic initiatives, regulatory projects, legal opinions, support on matters related to the Central Bank of Brazil, and assistance with the company’s regulatory governance. The Compliance area operates across regulatory matters, governance, integrity, code of conduct, and whistleblowing channels
