We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our Compliance and Risk Investigations flag data gaps or inconsistencies for review • Collaborate with investigators and senior team members to clarify information needed for filings Required Qualifications • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience • 1–2 years of experience in compliance operations, financial services, or high‐volume data entry roles • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Ability to manage repetitive, detail‐oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines • Experience working in a financial institution or FinTech environment (preferred) • Familiarity with FinCEN, FINTRAC, or similar regulatory bodies (preferred) Key Skills we seek and celebrate people from different backgrounds, lifestyles, and unique points of view.
