Researches, analyzes and reports on various regulatory issues that may arise within Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. **Experience** * 5 years of experience in compliance or related field * Previous healthcare experience * Experience implementing a healthcare Compliance Program, including leading large-scale initiatives, development of compliance audit plans, and handling confidential investigations **Preferred Qualifications** * CHC, CCEP or CHPC certification **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration or related field **Certification Summary** * No professional certifications required **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance with detailed understanding of State and Federal laws and regulations, and healthcare finance risks * Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence across organization boundaries **Job Responsibilities** * Leads Compliance initiatives. * Provides subject matter expertise to assigned focus areas (e.g., Sibley, physician practices, ambulatory sites, Arthur M.
