Full Job Description

Ideal Candidate Essential: * Knowledge and understanding of current legislation and specific regulation for Health & Social Care * Previous experience of working to quality standards within a care setting * Ability to provide detailed quality reviews of performance against and external quality standards and providing constructive feedback for improvement * Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a rapport quickly * Confidence to escalate non-compliance issues * Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure * Experience of IT systems, Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies where appropriate * Organise and flexible to be meet the needs of the business Desirable: * Experience of Franchise standards and legislation * Support and guidance on regulatory framework, policies & procedures * Experience of internal audits * Trend analysis and relevant action plans including compliance risk assessment * GDPR Champion and compliance with Equality, Diversity & Equal Opportunities Policy * Keep up to date on changes in regulatory, legislative and market practices that impact the business ## Additional Information What happens next? * As soon as you apply, one of our friendly recruitment team will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours * We
