Must Have
University qualifications (Commerce or Real Estate background preferred), at least 5 years relevant work experience, 3-4 years of internal and/or external audit experience, or combined equivalent, Attention to detail, analytical, data accuracy and quality minded, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, organizational and interpersonal skills, Ability to maintain and manage ability to work within tight deadlines, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Commerce or Real Estate background, Use of MS Power BI and other Power tools application is a plus, any second foreign language would be an advantage

SUMMARY Position will carry out data validation audit / compliance projects and execute audit programs/ plans, ensuring that all policies and prescribed procedures are adhered to.
