About the Team: The Compliance Engineering team enables 1X products to achieve global regulatory approvals and safely operate in real-world environments. We support engineering teams through internal validation, pre-compliance testing, certification planning, and regulatory approvals across robotic systems, electronics, wireless technologies, and electromechanical products. Working closely with Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Systems Integration, Product Safety, and external certification partners, we identify compliance risks early and help ensure products reach market efficiently and successfully.
