Compliance and Quality Process Engineer (Experienced or Senior Level) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including **BGS Compliance and Quality Process Engineer (Experienced or Senior Level)** to support our multi-disciplinary team within BGS Core Engineering. This role reports directly to the Senior Leader of Design Practices, Processes & Compliance. This position is based in **Oklahoma City, OK,** but may also be located in one of the alternate locations: **Berkeley****MO,****Long Beach, CA, Ridley Park, PA, and San Antonio, TX****, or Jacksonville, FL.** The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and deploying engineering quality and compliance initiatives that support capability teams across the BGS Engineering value stream including Government Services, Commercial Mods, Government Training, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams. Responsibilities include standardizing and optimizing engineering processes aligned with the Quality Management System (QMS), advancing process excellence through data analytics, addressing technical trends and root causes, and supporting business critical initiatives through executive-level presentations and reporting. The candidate will also help accelerate QMS adoption and maturity across engineering organizations. This position requires frequent collaboration with senior engineers and engineering leadership to resolve complex challenges and answer critical inquiries. The ability to influence, build consensus, and provide technical guidance across multiple stakeholders is essential.
