Must Have

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business, 3-5 years’ experience within financial services, Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, Demonstrated ability to interpret contracts, Excellent communication, both verbal and written, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, Ability to face off across all levels of an organization, as well as external stakeholders, Can work within deadlines and complete work in a timely manner, Takes ownership of issues and follows through to resolution, Can work independently or as part of a team, Attention to detail, Analytical and organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a challenging, fast-paced, deadline-driven, and fluid environment, Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity, Flexibility to work over various time zones to accommodate Clients and Management, when needed

What You'll Do.

Review and analyze contractual obligations

Coordinate distributions with internal and external parties

Manage client relationships post-closing

Oversee post-closing distribution releases

Perform in-depth review of transactional agreements

Identify cross-selling opportunities

Balance email communication and pipeline

Coordinate with internal teams for distribution waterfalls

Review and/or draft transactional instructions

Complete due diligence on post-closing M&A activities

Serve as primary contact for release inquiries

Facilitate problem resolution

Accountable for quality

Ensure quality service delivery

Build and maintain relationships

Execute special projects

Identify trends impacting release process

Utilize critical thinking for solutions

Follow through to ensure issues are resolved
