Must Have
1-2 years of experience in health insurance preferred, High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism, Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, ERM or Finance.

What You'll Do.
ensure that our company adheres to legal and internal regulations
develop a compliance program around ERISA
HIPAA and HITRUST and more
Manage the entire execution lifecycle
ensuring proper signatory authority
and secure archiving of all binding agreements.
and implement company policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
Analyze and interpret new or changing industry and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization.
Conduct regular audits
and monitor business activities to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
Prepare reports on compliance activities
manage external requests for information
and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
