Must Have

2- 3 years compliance/regulatory experience in financial services, Experience in conducting Compliance Monitoring reviews, Experience in overseeing processes in place for effective Fitness and Probity, Individual Accountability Framework and Minimum Competency Code compliance

Lead execution of the annual compliance monitoring plan

Coordinate and respond to Data Subject Access Requests

Oversee policies and procedures for Fitness and Probity

Review and adjudicate complaints

Develop and maintain compliance policies

Design and deliver compliance training
