What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or similar, 1-2 years’ experience in compliance, audit, risk or business analysis would be beneficial, but is not a requirement, An awareness of and interest in the relevant regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II/MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, PRIIPs, MiCA, SMCR, and other relevant European/FCA specific regulations, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with key stakeholders, Capable of working independently and collaborating within a team across multiple offices, time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment without compromising attention to detail, Adaptable and flexible as team requirements evolve

Genuine interest in leveraging technology to solve compliance and business problems, Ability to tailor information for different audiences
What You'll Do.
Contribute to compliance risk assessment
and execution of monitoring and testing
Enhance monitoring effectiveness and implement innovative uses of data
Design queries and testing sheets to analyse data
Organise and document information arising from monitoring
Maintenance of Compliance Policies and Procedures framework
Conduct thematic reviews of business areas
Assess impact of regulatory developments on testing
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborating with Legal, Compliance and Business stakeholders; Work closely with the Pan-European Compliance team; Support compliance colleagues across the General Compliance team in Dublin, London, and Budapest; Collaborating within a team across multiple offices and time zones
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to tailor information for different audiences
