As a Compliance Analyst at Array, you will help support and enhance the Company’s Compliance Management Program by partnering with business teams, reviewing products and marketing materials, conducting compliance monitoring activities, and helping identify and mitigate regulatory risk. This role is ideal for a compliance professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants exposure to a broad range of fintech, consumer protection, credit reporting, privacy, and sponsor bank compliance topics. This role reports to the Head of Compliance. You will: Assist in the execution of Array’s Compliance Management Program and related policies, procedures, and controls. Conduct compliance reviews of marketing materials, consumer-facing content, disclosures, websites, customer journeys, and communications. Support compliance reviews of new products, features, client use cases, and third-party relationships. Perform compliance monitoring and testing activities to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
