Demonstrable experience providing compliance support, Advise senior stakeholders on regulations, Understanding of distribution models, Experience advising senior stakeholders on FCA regulatory matters, SME knowledge of FCA Handbook, SME knowledge of Consumer Credit Act, SME knowledge of Senior Managers & Certification Regime, SME knowledge of Consumer Duty, Working knowledge of retail lending products, Ability to hit the ground running, Work well under pressure, Prioritise effectively, Adaptable to wide range of Compliance issues, Excellent attention to detail, Forensic approach to delivering on task, Ability to appropriately challenge information, Get to the heart of a matter
Nice to Have
Experience of unsecured consumer credit, Direct experience working at the FCA, Experience engaging with the FCA
What You'll Do.
Provide advice on regulation
Ensure good customer outcomes
Provide compliance sign-off
Undertake regulatory horizon scanning
Maintain regular touchpoints with stakeholders
Ensure stakeholders are up to date
Provide compliance support
Develop presence across the bank
Support in operational meetings
Promote a compliant culture
Consult on key initiatives
Ensure due governance practices observed
Support product governance
Support engagements with the regulator
Co-ordinate responses to requests
