This position requires the ability to translate strategic vision into a portfolio of interconnected projects and drive successful execution through strong governance, leadership, and decision-making capabilities. **Program Leadership & Delivery** * Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs with multiple interdependent workstreams * Translate strategic objectives into structured program roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables * Ensure alignment between program scope, contractual commitments, and business outcomes **Governance & Risk Management** * Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks aligned with organizational standards * Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies * Drive decision-making through governance forums and executive-level reporting **Stakeholder & Executive Management** * Act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders, sponsors, and clients * Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across teams * Provide clear, concise executive updates, insights, and recommendations
