Join us as a Complex Motor Claims Handler to join a dynamic and progressive team in the Claims function of one of the world's largest insurers. The candidate will actively support the department in providing a customer focused, cost efficient claims handling service by a pro-active approach to claims handling that puts customer service as the core value whilst operating within a regulatory framework. The role will require interaction with internal claims teams and stakeholders, brokers, insureds, external providers and third party agents. A training framework and support network will be provided for the successful candidate to learn new skills and knowledge on all aspects of motor claims - technical, legal liabilities, coverage, quantum, legal/regulatory procedure, negotiation and assessment skills etc – to manage a portfolio of complex motor claims. **Core Duties & Responsibilities** * Proactively handle and investigate a portfolio of motor claims from cradle to grave, accurately and efficiently validating and assessing coverage, liability, and quantum, up to your approved limit. * Demonstrate a customer focused mindset and achieve cost-effective claim resolutions, tangibly seen through claims outcomes and litigation management. * Demonstrate best practice adherence, consistently achieving audit benchmark and/or above.
