Proven experience leading large, diverse teams (100+) in high-volume operations, Retail or large customer-focused operational leadership experience, Capability in building and leading high-performing leadership teams, Demonstrated ownership of EBIT, delivering sales growth, margin and cost control, Safety leadership, including compliance, engagement and injury management, Ability to identify and execute opportunities that drive commercial growth, Experience in stock management, including shrink reduction and inventory integrity

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will lead a team of 120+ team members, ensuring a highly efficient, organised operation and delivering an exceptional experience for our loyal customers and internal sales teams. You will be supported by experienced Operations Managers, Department Managers, Supervisors, Team Members and Forklift Drivers, while also collaborating with local stores and Trade Centres to drive success across the wider region. Within your leadership team, you will have experienced Operations and Department Managers across areas such as Goods Inwards, Service, Inside the Home, Timber Yard, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden. While deep expertise in all departments is not essential, an interest in DIY or the building industry will set you up for success.
