What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years of experience handling complex or high-exposure auto and general liability claims, Demonstrated experience managing claims valued at $150,000+ within primary limits, Knowledge of liability law, litigation processes, and claim evaluation techniques, Proven negotiation and settlement skills in high-exposure environments, Experience working with defense counsel and managing litigation strategy, Ability to analyze medical records, expert reports, and financial damages, Property and casualty licenses are required and must be obtained within 6 months of hire

Develop and execute claim strategies
Identify coverage issues and subrogation potential
Direct and manage litigated files
settlement conferences
and potential exposure
Establish and maintain accurate reserves
Conduct claim evaluations
Lead settlement negotiations
Exercise judgment in balancing risk
Ensure adherence to guidelines
Maintain claim documentation
Provide guidance and mentorship
